01 Introduction

Rupiahtoto is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of registered adult members. The platform provides access to sports wagering, live casino games, slot machines, crash games, lottery-style titles, and associated promotional programmes. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Rupiahtoto with respect to the use of the platform.

Rupiahtoto serves users across Malaysia, including but not limited to Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Penang, Johor Bahru, and surrounding regions. All monetary figures referenced throughout these Terms are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

03 Account Eligibility

Access to the Rupiahtoto platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. Users who do not satisfy all of the following conditions are prohibited from registering an Account or using the Platform in any capacity.

To be eligible to use Rupiahtoto, the User must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Register only one (1) Account — multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and KYC verification;
• Not be subject to self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, or any restriction on gambling activities.

Rupiahtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify a User's eligibility. Failure to provide such documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance review.

04 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or in conjunction with another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

At the time of registration, Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information including their full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (or equivalent), residential address, email address, and mobile number. Users must notify Rupiahtoto promptly of any changes to their registered details.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username and password. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and may be required for certain account operations. Any activity conducted under a User's Account credentials shall be deemed to have been authorised by that User. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

Rupiahtoto is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) prior to approving withdrawals and certain account functions. Users will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian Identity Card, passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified will not be permitted to withdraw funds.

05 Terms of Use

The Platform and all its services are provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following terms govern your use of the Rupiahtoto platform:

• Users access the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only;
• Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform without express written consent is prohibited;
• Users must not interfere with the integrity of games, betting markets, or other Platform services;
• All wagers placed on the Platform are final and binding once confirmed — errors or misclicks are not grounds for reversal;

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

Rupiahtoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). Minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits are credited to the User's Account in real time or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the selected payment method. Rupiahtoto does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within three (3) minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow, FPX, or major Malaysian bank transfers. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Rupiahtoto reserves the right to request additional verification prior to processing any withdrawal request.

Users may only withdraw funds to a payment account or bank account registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation in cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or account verification issues are identified.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Rupiahtoto offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP Programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members who have completed KYC verification;
• Each Member is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash — wagering requirements vary by promotion (typically between 10x and 35x) and are clearly disclosed in each offer's specific terms;
• Rupiahtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts, fraudulent registration, or any form of bonus abuse will be forfeited and the Account(s) suspended;
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the maximum withdrawal cap stated in the promotion's specific terms will be forfeited;
• VIP Programme cashback and rewards are calculated on verified net loss over the relevant period and paid according to the VIP tier schedule.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Rupiahtoto platform. Breach of any prohibition listed herein shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account per individual person or household;
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the Platform to launder money;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players, Platform employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Placing bets on behalf of or funded by third parties in a commercial capacity ("business accounts");
• Attempting to arbitrage bonuses or systematically exploit promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward Platform staff or other Members;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account credentials or Account balances to third parties.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Rupiahtoto platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, software, source code, game content, graphics, text, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of Rupiahtoto or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No portion of the Platform's content may be reproduced, copied, redistributed, sold, or otherwise exploited without the express written consent of Rupiahtoto. Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rupiahtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or Rupiahtoto had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Rupiahtoto's total aggregate liability to any User for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Rupiahtoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

11 Responsible Gambling

Rupiahtoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to Members seriously.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Members:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) — configurable at any time via Account settings;
• Loss limits — cap on net losses over a defined period;
• Session time reminders — periodic in-session alerts to help Members track play duration;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary self-imposed breaks ranging from 24 hours to six months;
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform upon request.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

Rupiahtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Suspicion of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotions;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a legally authorised third party;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

In the event of Account closure due to verified breach of these Terms, Rupiahtoto reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account, including both real-money funds and bonus balances. In cases of non-breach closure (e.g., voluntary closure or inactivity), the net verified balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of any pending verification.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary closures are processed within five (5) business days, subject to completion of all outstanding verification and wagering obligations.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Rupiahtoto platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform operates. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolution of any disputes not resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process.

In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact Rupiahtoto's customer support team in the first instance. The Platform will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably within a reasonable timeframe. Any unresolved dispute may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process described in the support documentation available via live chat.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Rupiahtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure as outlined in Section 12.

Material changes to these Terms that substantially affect Members' rights or obligations will, where practicable, be communicated via the Platform interface or through the registered email address associated with the Member's Account.
